If you are an exhibitor willing to order a booth at the Congress, please proceed from here. It can only be used for one registration. For this reason, we ask you to refrain from using generic email address like info@..., contact@... Trade Tables As a participant to the Congress, you have the opportunity to order up to 2 Trade Tables at 800,00€ each. In case you choose to order, have a image file in good definition of your company logo ready to upload in the order form (min 2000 px. width or height). Yes, I will order one or more Trade Tables. Accompanying person This person will only be able to attend the Welcome Evening and not the official programme. You can not register a colleague of yours as accompanying person. Participation of the accompanying person to activities in the social programme may be subject to additionnal charges (see Social Programme for details). Yes, I will be accompanied by one person at this event Remarks By registering to the Euroseeds Congress 2024, participants and possible accompanying persons agree to be present on videos and pictures taken during the meeting, which may later appear on subsequent publication including this website. Should you have a problem with this issue, please contact us. The Secretariat reserves scrutiny and final decision on all registrations. Final confirmations of individual registrations, including renting of trade tables and/or booths, may be withdrawn at any time for representatives of member companies that have failed for more than 12 months to comply with their membership obligation laid down in the Euroseeds Statutes to pay their fees due within 2 months of receipt of the invoice.
